Our Head Office department is located in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location, offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
Role Purpose:
The role is to work with the department’s Buying team to deliver great ranges on time, supported by perfect product data. You will support with the maintenance, selection and launch of both core and seasonal product ranges. You will work closely with key interfaces, vendors and external partners to build and maintain positive relationships – maintaining standards, managing data and meeting deadlines.
Reports to: Buyer - Home
Key interfaces: Merchandising, Retail, Warehouse, Marketing, Online
Key Accountabilities
- Product set up
- Maintaining product data in D365
- Working closely with the web team on range planning and shoots
- Collating trade reports where appropriate
- Managing the supplier training & activation calendar with retail
- Support Buyer with NPD critical path
- Co-ordinating with marketing on key events
- Day to day sample and new product management with suppliers
- General administration activities
- Cross functional working with all other areas of the business including the Food & Drink Studio
- Manage the QC process with the technical department
- Co-ordinating shop floor product layouts
- Handling accounts queries
Role Specific Criteria (Experience/Behaviours/Technical Ability):

- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working with different systems and multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and manage your own workload to meet deadlines and manage expectations
- Able to quickly establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Self-motivated and a proactive attitude to work
- Highly numerate and commercial
- Articulate
- Punctual
- Experienced with excel, word and outlook
- Previous retail experience would be ideal
- Passion for Home
