Restaurant Manager – 45 Jermyn St

Full of ambience, the exquisite dining room and bar brings back the golden age of glamour and service for a contemporary London. Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner across a menu inspired by the season for a modern London with familiar favourites alongside a fine dining experience.

We are currently looking for an experienced RestaurantManager responsible for driving an exceptional team and restaurant on a daily basis delivering a faultless service to our customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant's operations.
  • Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant
  • People Management
  • Interviewing & Hiring Employees
  • Development & Performance Management
  • (SOP) Standard of Procedures and Service Level
  • Compliance of Training Matrix
  • Ensure Positive Guest Service in all Areas
  • Supporting Financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time
  • Oversee Stock Take & Stock Control
  • Tracking Holidays & Days off requests
  • Monitoring Agency Spent & Tracker
  • Food Safety and Planning

  • Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business administration and personnel matters
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to run a streamlined operation
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise
