Located in the heart of Piccadilly in our beautiful flagship store. This central London location, offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.

Staff Café – Café 181 Restaurant Manager

Named after our address of the iconic store, Café 181 is the location of our staff restaurant for a quick cup of tea or a freshly cooked meal.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant and managing a small team.

Contracted Hours/days: 40 Hours over 5 days per week
Job Type: Permanent
Reports to: Hospitality Operations Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee & Manage all areas of the restaurant
• People Management
• Interviewing & Hiring Employees
• Development & Performance Management
• (SOP) Standard of Procedures and Service Level
• Compliance of Training Matrix
• Ensure Positive Guest Service in all Areas
• Supporting Financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time
• Oversee Stock Take & Stock Control
• Tracking Holidays & Days off requests
• Monitoring Agency Spent & Tracker
• Food Safety and Planning

• Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise
