Host / Hostess

Our newly refurbished Bar 3'6 on the 3rd floor of our flagship Piccadilly store is looking for an experienced Host / Hostess. This is an exciting role for someone to be responsible for delivering a warm & friendly welcome to guests arriving. 

During operating hours, it’s essential that you are monitoring and managing the bar activity to determine the seating arrangements and customer flow, whilst ensuring that fellow team members are supported and the bar is kept smart to maintain positive working relationships. 

Key Accountabilities:
- Be the face of the Restaurant and the first point of contact for the Customers
- Ensure you work closely with the Reservation team to ensure the bookings are clear and accurate
- Work alongside the team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
- To support the Third Floor events programme across Third Floor, including the Food & Drink Studio where required

Customer Experience:
- Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
- Ensure the Menus are displayed and accurate
- Ensure a good understanding of the area so you direct the customers in the appropriate way

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and rationally to ever-changing situations
- Consistently lead by example
