Our Stock Operations department is located in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the lower back of house floors of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location, offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.

As the StockOps Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting daily administration activities, ensuring all deliveries into our store are entered onto D365, queries are raised and resolved with the relevant team & the goods-in diary is maintained.

Ultimately, a successful Administration Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office ensuring that daily duties are performed accurately within set timeframes.

Key interfaces:
The role holder will interact with external suppliers, as well as colleagues both within and outside of their department, senior managers and business leaders.

Key Accountabilities:
• Data Entry – All purchase orders & transfer orders are receipted accurately onto D365.
• Raise PO queries with Merch & Buying teams
• Monitor and report supplier non-compliance to B&M teams.
• Assist in resolving queries from Finance
• Raise queries with our 3PL warehouse regarding TO’s.
• Maintain an accurate audit trail for PO’s – Paper and electronic.
• Maintain the Goods In Diary
• Enter supplier bookings via phone & email into the diary.
• Monitor/action/reply to emails (shared and own)
• Organize transportation.
• Produce daily and weekly reports.
• Undertake such duties considered essential for the effective operation of the warehouse.
