Assistant Maitre D – 45 Jermyn St

We are currently looking for a an experienced Assistant Maitre D to assist the front of house team

Key Accountabilities:

• Work with the Maître D team to ensure the smooth running of the Reception and Guest services
• Support the drive and Motivation of the team by looking for areas where they can deliver more
• Support the Maître D and your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Be the face of the Restaurant and the first point of contact for the Customers
• Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards
• Ensure all our customers are welcome and engaged
• Ensure the restaurant is set up to accommodate all the reservations
• Ensure that all guests are seated in a timely manner

We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced in a high-end restaurant as an Assistant Maitre D
• Experienced in guest profiling and recognition
• Managing the day-to-day bookings
• Ensuring the warmest welcome and experience is given to our guests
• Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills
