Logistics Manager Service Operations

“I’m a Logistics Manager Service Operations based in the Fortnum’s head office on the 6th Floor. It’s my job to offer logistical support to all departments across the business. That normally involves producing daily reports on shipments, working closely with hospitality to help events like Somerset House and the Chelsea Flower Show run smoothly.”

“As a Replenishment Supervisor on the Ground Floor, I spend time in all departments, from grocery and confectionary to tea and coffee. My job involves working with both the warehouse and replenishment teams to make sure there’s sufficient stock on the floor.”

“I’m a Wines and Spirits Supervisor, based on the Lower Ground Floor at Piccadilly. I worked there for nearly 2 years, but wine has always been part of my life. I grew up in a winery in central Italy and studied it for many years, and at Fortnum’s I’ve found the perfect environment to be involved professionally.”
