A moment of relaxed style in the busy heart of Heathrow, our T5 Store and Bar is the perfect pre-flight stop. Customers can find our Fortnum’s favourites, including our iconic hampers and ever popular teas and even enjoy a cocktail whilst they’re here.
At the heart of recently redeveloped St Pancras International, you’ll find a little haven of Fortnum’s pleasure. Here at one of the capital’s unique landmarks, customers can enjoy a spot of shopping.
In 2018, we opened our doors at The Royal Exchange, in the heart of the city of London. As well as a delectable all day dining and drinks menu, Royal Exchange offers everything from biscuits, preserves and teas, to wine and spirits, with a Concierge service with an unrivalled gift offering.
In Autumn 2019 we opened our doors in the redeveloped Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong. Based in the art, culture and retail landmark K11 MUSEA, the site, our first in Asia, includes a beautifully designed store, featuring an edit of our most cherished products, from tea, biscuits and wine, to champagne and tea-ware.

Christopher manages the Retail space on our Ground Floor at 181 Piccadilly, whose team members are the often the first faces that customers see when they set foot on our famous red carpet.
With over 17 years Retail Experience under his belt, he has worked in a variety of roles across the globe, and is immensely proud to play his part in our ongoing story.

“I’m a Commercial Manager here at Fortnum’s, and I’m based in our Hospitality Head Office on the 6th Floor. I look after the Purchasing and Cost Control Team for Hospitality, take care of payroll so that our Managers and Head Chefs are aware of their budgets and wage targets each period, and continually analyse our restaurants’ performance.”
Stock Integrity Coordinator, Finance
“I’m a Stock Integrity Coordinator in the Fortnum’s Finance Team, and I’m based in our Head Office at our Piccadilly store. My role mainly involves making sure the stock file on our system is as accurate as possible across each of our stores, and I spend much of my time analysing numbers and investigating stock file discrepancies.”
