Social Media Manager

We are currently looking for a bright Social Media Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and leading the social media strategy across all our social media channels. Your key objective will be to maximise audience engagement, build online communities and acquire and retain new and existing customers.
You will have extensive knowledge and a track record of managing social media within a fast-paced luxury e-commerce/retail environment. You will also be a first class copywriter with a strong visual eye and a creative mind.
Our candidate will have excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, have expert knowledge of content analytics systems, social media publishing and reporting software and be a true collaborator, with the ability to get involved in tasks at all levels.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of interacting within online communities and platforms, actively participating on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Video Content Strategy.
