Marketing & Communications Manager
Fortnum & Mason restaurant and retail destination is in the redeveloped Victoria Dockside of Hong Kong at K11 MUSEA.
We are looking for an exceptional talented marketing professional to join our team to help bring our famous sense of pleasure to life.
Responsible for the marketing function at Fortnum’s.
To cover creation and implementation of all elements of strategy and planning that enhances brand equity and assists Fortnum’s in achieving its company objectives. To plan, develop, implement and measure Fortnum’s marketing, communications and public relations activities, both external and internal, delivering measurable projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.
• Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market Fortnum’s to a wider audience
• Driving and leading the provision of local market information and insight
• Ensure all Retail and Hospitality initiatives are joined up, cohesive in approach and communicated well in advance of execution.
• Supporting the Regional General Manager in meeting the overall business plan
• Establish and maintain exemplary relationships with all key stakeholders
• Support and live the Company Employee Values of “Taking Pride”, Doing The Right Thing” and “Achieve Together”
• Develop Fortnum’s marketing strategy tightly aligned with – and designed to support – the sales strategy
• Utilise the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan
• Develop and manage, in conjunction with department heads, an integrated digital marketing plan to support the promotion of the brand
• Co-ordinate the development of the Fortnum’s website in line with brand guidelines
• Run effective marketing campaigns which deliver Fortnum’s key messages
• Freely share knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas relevant to the promotion and marketing of the business
• Develop clear and insightful weekly leads reporting
• Design and implement best-in-class tracking of all web activity and leads communication
• Work collaboratively to create and manage communication marketing strategy
• Act as a key ambassador for Fortnum’s
• Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online.
• Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for Fortnum’s
• Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
• Monitoring press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximising opportunities for positive PR
