Senior Sous Chef
We’re delighted to announce the opening of a unique Fortnum & Mason restaurant and retail destination in the redeveloped Victoria Dockside of Hong Kong at K11 MUSEA. Opening this September, we’re looking for people to join our team to help bring our famous sense of pleasure to life.
Open all day, seven days a week, the elegant dining room will have all the hallmarks of a great restaurant where the ambience is one of understated sophistication, outstanding food and impeccable service.
With a healthy menu acknowledging the luxurious Fortnum’s classics, customers will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Restaurant area will provide the setting for our new team to deliver the best in champagne, cocktails and unique Fortnum’s service.
We are looking for a driven Senior Sous Chef to join our new team and be part of something special.
Working closely with the Head Chef this role will see the chosen candidate leading a large team to produce high quality food, using only the finest ingredients.
You will also be responsible for stock ordering and rotation as well as assisting where needed during busy periods.
The successful candidate will ideally have spent over two years in a high volume quality establishment, ideally hold a Food Safety Level 3 certificate, be extremely passionate about luxury food products and have the drive to succeed in a sometimes demanding environment. You will also have experience in afternoon tea.
